- 相关零部件的表面缺陷问题：与气涨环气囊外壁接触的金属零件表面应确保光滑，无毛刺和异物。必要的时候可以对压板面进行抛光处理。
- 安装问题：气涨环安装前应做清洁处理，粘附在硅橡胶表面和不锈钢压板表面的灰沙异物都可能是加剧硅橡胶磨损的原因。安装时可以在气囊外壁和金属压板之间涂抹润滑硅油。
- 维护问题：在使用生产过程中，如出现污损气涨环的情况，应及时清理，有些物料里面的硬质颗粒也可能造成硅橡胶气囊的磨损。

The main manifestation of damage to the inflatable ring is the rupture of the airbag. Except for some cases of improper use, the main reason for the normal rupture of the airbag wall is the stress concentration caused by local wear.
Based on tests and actual feedback from users, the normal service life of Type II inflatable rings is around 100,000 times. A small number of users have reported that the service life is too short and does not reach the ideal state. Here are several situations that may affect the service life of the inflatable ring:
- Specification matching: The unilateral deformation amount of the inflatable ring during inflation and expansion should be controlled within the range of 3 to 5 millimeters, and preferably as small as possible. The smaller the deformation amount, the lower the probability of material damage.
- Inflation pressure control: The inflation pressure should be set to the minimum air pressure required for the inflatable ring to achieve sealing and clamping. - Surface defects of related components: The surfaces of the metal parts in contact with the outer wall of the inflatable ring's airbag should be ensured to be smooth, free of burrs and foreign objects. When necessary, the pressing plate surface can be polished.
- Installation: The inflatable ring should be cleaned before installation. During installation, lubricating silicone oil can be applied between the outer wall of the airbag and the metal pressing plate.
- Maintenance: During the production process, if the inflatable ring is soiled, it should be cleaned in a timely manner. Hard particles in some materials may also cause wear to the silicone rubber airbag.
